Ronan was born in Co Mayo, Ireland on 12th September 1991.  He represented Ireland at U16 level while playing for former club Erris United and prior to that he won a winner’s medal in the All Ireland Schools final with his school from Belmullett.  He appears to be an all round athlete excelling in Gaelic Football as well as our own brand.  His most recent appearance in Blue was at Portman Road when he scored against Manchester United in the Academy Showcase match, 3 - 3 draw in April.
